- Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM): The primary function is to record blood pressure at regular intervals over a 24- to 48-hour period during a patient’s daily routine, including sleep. This helps provide a more accurate blood pressure profile by mitigating the effects of “white coat hypertension” (elevated BP due to clinical anxiety).
- Pulse Wave Analysis (PWA) & Central Blood Pressure (cBP): The device offers optional modular upgrades to measure central blood pressure and perform pulse wave analysis. These features provide additional hemodynamic parameters to assess arterial stiffness and cardiovascular risk.
- Accuracy: The technology is clinically validated, having achieved an A/A grade from the British Hypertension Society (BHS) for accuracy. The Auto-Feedback-Logic (AFL) ensures comfortable and gentle cuff inflation, which improves patient compliance.
- Software Integration: The Mobil-O-Graph® integrates with Hypertension Management Software (HMS CS) for data evaluation and analysis. Optional intelligent integration software (i3) allows seamless data transfer to clinical systems like NHS clinical systems (EMIS, TPP, Vision), reducing manual data entry and potential errors.
- Design: It is designed to be compact, lightweight, and quiet to ensure discreet and comfortable use for the patient.
